      <description>1. Early may, 2007, a software upgrade of Skype was released which broke external headsets. A couple of weeks later, an improved version of Skype was released which rectified this. If you are experiencing problems with the Keyspan Skype phone, try making sure that you have the current version of Skype from their website.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Sometimes, if you have let the battery run down, the phone memory may become confused. You can reboot the phone as follows: open the battery compartment and remove a battery for a moment, then replace it and recharge the phone.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The current drivers are available from this page&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;a href=&quot;../supportks.html&quot;&gt;Keyspan Driver update page&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;</description>
